In April 2010 Tile Films went to MIPTV in Cannes with the format ‘Who Lived In My House’ and entered into talks with various distributors from the UK and US who were interested. Discussions and negotiations continued over the summer and following MIPCOM in October Tile Films agreed to sign a deal with US distributors NBC International.
Speaking about the format Yvonne Pilkington, Senior Vice President, Format Sales and Production, NBCU International said, “ 'Who Lived in My House?' is an intriguing mix of history and personal storytelling which truly makes the past come alive for viewers. We have had great interest in the format from broadcasters and production companies worldwide and really believe in its international potential.”
